I used to be able to create a horizontal polygon, and then start a macro that would follow an irregular cut line that would divide that polygon along the line and raise/lower one portion however I choose. It was great for site plans and parking. I could make a polygon for the site, then trace the parking to recess that area 6". Then I'd trace contours and drop portions according to contour lines 1 foot at a time.

I thought it was the 3dSite macro, but I have a working macro there now and it's not the one.

I think it was the TIN function, but I'm not able to make it work either.
