Have always wanted to design and model a log house...but was wondering what techniques you all were using to model different types of log structures so I don't need to reinvent the wheel. I am looking at a simple gable with an exposed trussed porch on the gable end for a client. At this point I am assuming he wants round logs, but we may look at lots of other options. Just getting started at this point...
