Hello Everybody,

Does DataCAD have an array command similar to AutoCAD that will copy as you follow a path?

Thanks for the help,

CADwk

What is the command that Acad uses? Those of us that have/do use Acad/an Acad clone will be able to point the way once we know which one they use.

I have not used AutoCAD in a while but I thought the command was called Array. In fact I think it had a copy array function where it would copy evenly spaced objects in a path by just dragging the mouse.

Hope this makes sense,

Thanks,

CADwk :o

Thanks - just wanted to make sure it wasn't a separate LISP routine!

You'll find it under Edit/Copy/Rect Array or Circ Array. Check out the manual to see exactly how to use each one - though they're pretty much what you've used with Acad.
