Tried changing z-height of smart wall in DC13, but did not work.

Not sure about v13, but in v16 you can just use the Change ZBase/Height commands or do it thru the Smart Wall Properties dialog. Unless the layer is locked

I did try with "change - zbase/zheight" but it did not do anything.
