Change Z Height

Posted: Fri Jun 06, 2014 3:54 pmNot sure about v13, but in v16 you can just use the Change ZBase/Height commands or do it thru the Smart Wall Properties dialog. Unless the layer is locked

Where is the "Wall Properties" as in the picture you showed ?
