Is there a shortcut key to view the reference file manager ?

You can double click on a xref and it will come up. You might have to make that available through the Program Preferences Dialog box.

I've modified my C:\DataCad 16\Support Files\Messages and Labels\Dcadwin.mnu file so it comes up with Ctrl-R
Manager|Ctrl+R|Manage external DataCAD file references.
I don't recall, the default might have Ctrl-R for another command, but you can select any combination that is not already used.
