Deactiviate Issues

My main computer and backup computers crashed last Friday and I had to re-install windows 7. I now have a problem in that I cannot re-install/activate the datacad 15 and the datacad 16 on those computers because the programs must be running to deactivate.

How can I re-install these programs? This is hurting me badly and need an answer quickly (angry clients need their drawings)

Thanks,
Dennis

You will need to contact DataCAD technical support to have your previous installations deactivated. We are available by telephone at 860-217-0567, or by email at help@datacad.com. Make sure to include the license ID numbers that you need us to deactivate.

This sure would be nice. Stumbled across that also. I think I even was able to login to an account at some point, but no license options within it.

You can log in to your customer page using your Customer ID (not License ID) and Password (which is the same password for all of your licenses).
Login here ---> License Portal Home
