I had this problem a year or so ago, and have no idea how to fix this.
I have an old drawing of ceiling details and I can not get the text to accept extended characters. I have tried every font that accepts extended characters - but they just don't display... Is there maybe an ini or setting somewhere that toggles it off?
The wierd thing is that the existing text displays extended characters, but if I try to add new or modify existing, the extended characters disappear.
