Im a relatively new draftsman for a construction company. They purchased me a laptop and a license of Datacad 16. I was curious if there is a way to set my default drawings to always be in .d14. With my current setup if Im working on a project on our server, or even open a file I have to save-as .d14 so they can still access them. It would make my life alot easier if I didn't have to worry about every time I open a file having to save-as. Thank you!
No sorry. They could upgrade everyone to v17 and then add a subscription plan for $300 bucks per set a year to avoid costly upgrade 'jumps' in the future, keeping everyone up to date and get all of the enhancements and support included with each version going forward.
Thanks! - Josh
