CPU got virus and had to be cleaned up but lost use of dc12

After uninstalling dc12, and reinstalling it, I get the message "The program can't start because HLVDD.DLL is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. Have uninstalled dc12 and reinstalled it 3 times with the same message. What is wrong?

Hardlock driver I'm guessing. Search forum for updating hardlock driver.

What version of Windows are you (now) running? Where is DataCAD 12 installed?
