There are two ways that I can think of are doing this:

A screen capture in Google Earth, pasting that into a photo editor, then inserting the image into DataCAD.

Export the drawing to SketchUp and then use SU to insert it in GE, and then use the above to get it back into DataCAD.

You can also import the GE image into DataCAD and then open your model in Sunshader and pick Save Image to DataCAD and tick (check) Superimpose saved image and the resultant image is then displayed when you exit Sunshader. You will need to change the background image in SS to your GE image. You can also display shadows on the image to give the building some depth/sense of height.
