... Convert MText's to 1 ParaText?

I tried copying a long series of MText entities to the Clipboard, to be able to Paste it into a Paratext - but no go.

I think I will have to copy / paste individual MText from their edit window, into NotePad, and then into a Paratext.

It's working here. Is the MText imported from a DWG maybe?

I did it via NotePad, and it worked as expected. But it sure would be nice to have the Clipboard do this.

I don't think so.

Here's what I did:

I grouped the MText entities in order. Then used Control-E / Group to copy them to the Clipboard. When I try to paste into a ParaText window, nothing happens.

If you use Explode in the MText menu, it will convert the MText to regular text, then it will work.

Ahhh I was missing that you were trying to take from multiple MText contents, my bad. Yeah Dave's method works well.

That's like the brain surgeon telling the patient, "Yeah, I get this kind of surgery right every so often."
