Stack Prefix and Suffix Dimension strings one over the other

I'm unsure whether this is doable, but looking to have one line of text above the assoc. dimension line, and another line of text below the dim. line, ideally using the Prefix and Suffix Dim. Stings in the AssocDim. Properties where in some situations the actual dimension is turned off and user text input instead, and in other situations the dimension is kept and additional text added below the dim. line.

I like the "Subtext". We are often adding text under the dimension to indicate V.I.F., Clear, Min. or Max.

I will add to that suggestion to suggest that once we have typed in some repetitive words to the sub-text line, such as EXISTING, or FIELD VERIFY, or APPROX. or NOT FIELD VERIFIED, or CONTRACTOR DON'T SCREW IT UP, or +/-, etc., that we would have those standard phrases or words already pop up to pick from instead of typing them out each time. Sorta like an autofill that Google does for us when we are filling out an online order for something.
