Search for Drawings and Thumbnails Simultaneously
You can use the extension 'Ext:' and 'OR' operators in the Windows Explorer Search Box to look for both AEC (Drawings) and PNG (Drawing Previews) files at the same time. For example...



Set the View to Content and check Show > Preview Pane to see a larger version of the thumbnail.

It's important to note that the OR operator must be upper case, at least that's how it's been working on my WIndows 10.

I'll add that you can filter file names using the name:~= operator such as:

ext:png OR ext:mp4 name:~=simplex

That will find all of the png or mp4 files that have the character string simplex in the file name.
