How do I translate DCad pen table settings into AutoCad?

I've recently run into this same problem (seems most of our engineers use ACAD and can never get ou title block, among other things to look like we want. We end up having to either send the drawing back to them to correct, or just let it go due to time constraints, which we REALLY hate to do.

You can also send a PDF of just the titleblock for them to either use as a bitmap or adjust them to polyline widths to match yours.

We've done all that as well, but them having the same settings as ours would be ideal.
