I have download hatch patterns that are Autocad format (pat.). Can I load them into a usable Datacad ver.11 format?

You can save Josh some work in the future. At DataCAD.com, support, download in the miscellaneous section, there is an AutoCAD Hatch Pattern to DataCAD Hatch Pattern Conversion Program you can download for free.
