I have some excel data which I would like to iimport into my Datacad 11 drawings (preserving the text and grid layout in the document). Is there a way to make this happen?

You can try Copy & Paste -- the last time I heard, this worked well with Excel.

Copy and paste has been working very well for me these last few versions. Just do a quick change text and a calculated enlargement and it's ready to go!
