I have been dreading this but it has finally happened........
A render job with the eyepoint quite distant level with a gutter. There is no escape with just a few lines added to tart things up, a proper texture is really the only solution.
The only corrugated texture I had was a disaster. It is a TGA, I think from Renderstar. I cannot control it in RL. It is far too contrasty and nothing could save the day.
I fixed it by adjusting the brightness (+60) and contrast (-60) of the original in PSP. I will try to refine this later, but I think we have a result now. I post the modified texture below for anybody interested.
