Further to recent discussion on this matter, here is one I have been promising myself for years. It is a toolbar direct access to new elevation. It sits as shown at the tail end of the 3D toolbar, in the file 3D.dtb. This is edited in Notepad. You can use any *.dtb you like and place it anywhere therein. Nelly is a keyboard macro. An icon example is below. It goes in the toolbars folder as NELLY_S.bmp.
