Is there a way to take a complete MSP layout and similar to plotting it into a PDF file, one is able to export just the DCAD info that makes up that sheet to a dwg file? I have about 8 MSP drawings in a single DCAD file. The MSP sheets contain lots of xRefs to some of the same layer info from other MSP drawings on the same sheet. I need to send all of this neatly organized DCAD info to a firm using AwfulCAD. Is this feat of magic possible with DCAD?
THe only way that I know of is to "dumb it down" by enlarging the border, and possibly binding the XRef's (though these will export, I don't know about the X-Clip Cubes) and export what is essentially a Quick Layout view. DataCAD can export a specific GTV, so as long as you set these up right, you'll be fine.
