I may have missed it somewhere but is there any way to edit the standard toolbar?

I believe that one is hard wired in.

The standard toolbar cannot be changed. This toolbar interacts with internal DataCAD mechanism like Undo/Redo,Cut/Copy/Paste and provide live feedback on what is active or inactive. Thus there is no DTB file associated with it. However you can append any custom toolbar to the standard toolbar to get a 3rd toolbar with standard toolbar icons.

Locate and append the following line in Dcadwin.ini.
