Is there a way to associate layers so that if you make a change on say your 1st floor plan width, it will automatically change the foundation?

Now there's a thought! If we get a parametric building modeler, then this is the sort of thing that would be a piece o' cake.
Two thoughts: you can do the stretch with all the affected layers turned on -- or do the stretch on the 1st floor plan, and then change to the Foundation GTV, and use the Previous Distance in the Stretch menu to do the same stretch.
