How do I upload an Image from my PC to this forum to be view by everyone

Hello:

I use Image Shack. Upload the picture, and you use the links that they provide; either direct to the image, or they have an automatic thumbnail generator.

I use Photobucket.com, they have limits, which hasn't been a problem (yet?). You should look at image size limits, number images allowed to be uploaded and/or stored at one time, file types accepted (most accept .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png, .bmp, some accept .tif and Flash), and especially review their deletion policy.
