Firstly, I rarely use angular dimensions. However,I notice that when placing angular dimensions the dimension is exploded into lines and text. Is this the way it always was?

.....for as long as I can remember, angular dimensions have always been grouped. You can erase, move etc using group or treat each element as a separate entity. If you check the arrow fill button, under arrow style, they will look a little better; although, the fill arrow option turns itself off every now and again and you have to re-apply
