I am trying to use the symbol properties to independently scale some symbols that are rotated. Something is not working correctly for me.

Here is the symbol, un-rotated, with a changed Y scale (this is how i want the finished symbol to look, just rotated.


Here it is inserted with rotation, but not yet scaled.


I changed the Y Scale to be 64 and hit apply, but it doesn't look right.


When I close and reopen the properties, here is what it says now.


Any ideas on what is going on here? Ideally I would just insert them with the scales preset because that works on insert, but I don't always know what scales I might need. Even if I insert them preset, I i try to change one, it gets "wonky".

There's definitely a difference in the way the transformations are being applied to the symbol via the Entity Properties Editor versus the Insert Symbol command. I think you'll have to use the Insert Symbol method to get the results you want for now. Maybe Dave can take a look at it.
