I use an XRef of the existing conditions plan (highlighted) as the demolition layer - when I erase the entity to be demo'd it shows the dashed XRef "automatically". The issue is I corrected the GTV I use in the existing conditions plan, saved it; then Refreshed the XRef - and the layers I added to the XRef is toggled On - but it doesn't show up. The only way I gan get it to show up is to toggle off the layer in the RFM, then toggle it back one.

Did you try pressing the [u] key to update the display list?

Yep, tried that - and I thought I had mentioned it ...
