Datacad offers an update but after it downloads it does not properly install and update our program. The problem is happening on three of our systems. What are we doing wrong with the update install?
FYI we are currently in 16.00.01.02 and the update version is 16.02.00.07
I am assuming that you are using Windows 8, the automatic update feature of DCAD doesn't seem to work with Windows 8 for some reason. You will need to download the update and install it manually.
