When I place an MSP detail (of our border) linked to a GTV, that includes an XRef on a locked layer, and I hit Enter to accept the name - this warning pops up:
Warning: This GoTo View contains an XRef on a locked layer.
The GoTo View Link was unable to be added/updated for this XRef.
This is a problem (I think?). I hope the upcoming INI toggle for this warning will correct this warning.
