when sharing aec files with my draftsman (via email) I often forget to include all of the xref files. Is there a way to be alerted that the xrefs are missing or to have the xrefs sent automatically? I am a very simple minded man, so I need as many alerts as possible. Fortunately when exporting to dwg, the xrefs are automatically added.

If you use the PAK file, then all the files and pen tables, etc. all are included.
