How do I set a topography drawing to absolute 0.00?

1. Hit the point you want at 0,0,0 with the ?, you will see the current location, and move those distances back.
2. Change to Absolute Cartesian (insert key will cycle through) and move the point you want to 0,0.

If you have a reference point for 0.0 in your topo, Set your Input method to either Absolute Cartesian or Absolute Polar, turn on all the layers that need to move, and use Move, Snap to your Absolute Zero reference point, then hit your SPACEBAR and then hit ENTER, ENTER. Then CTRL+A should move everything, it it doesn't you will need to do an Area around everything with crossing enabled. That should do it.
