Tangent/Tangent/Radius circle?

Is there a way to have Dcad create a circle that I specify the radius for, and two lines/two arcs (or circles)/a line and an arc (or circle)? This is a command that AckCad has that is REALLY handy that I haven't been able to figure out in Dcad.

Thanks Dave - too true!

In case anyone is confused, the picture that Dave posted is from AckCad - NOT from Dcad!

Good guess but not Acad. DraftSight, a free acad clone.
