I set my perpendicular, center, quadrant and other running object snapping to be on. The problem I am having is when I want snap to the quadrant of a circle or arc, the snapping jobs to perpendicular. It is quite annoying. Is there a work around without turning perpendicular snapping on and off?

Could hit ~ and left click to set a new random point real quick that won't interfere with the quadrant snapping of the object in question?

Arthur, I was having an issue snapping to the intersection between arcs a while ago, and this might be related?

I just find that the perpendicular object snapping has become very sensitive. It is more sensitive than it was I previous releases.
