HI, I am a new user. What setting do I need to change for my dimensions to stretch along with my walls? I am including the dim in the stretch window.

When creating new dimensions you want to make sure that 'F5 Associative' is turned on. Then when your dimension is stretched it will dynamically update it's value. If it's off the dimension text will be 'dumb' text.

Another thing with associative dimensions, is to turn on the display of Dim Points: Utility/Display/F0 Dim. Points When you include the dim point in the stretch, the dimension will change at the same time.

One other thing to remember is that if your dimensions are not on the active layer, you will need to have your layer search turned on. Quickest and easiest way to toggle that is by touching your apostrophe key. On/Off....
