We have a computer at work that is constantly dumping out of the program and not creating a restore point. This has happened on more than one drawing file. Is it possible to do a repair to the software without doing a total reinstall so that she does not loose all her settings? Could the problem be with the temporary file being full or containing corrupt files? Does anyone have any ideas what if not the software may be causing this?

What ver of Win?
There was an issue with Win 10 update back in Nov.
The latest update of ver 17 should have corrected that, so make sure the latest ver of 17 is on that computer.

You could go to the C:\DataCAD 17\Temporary Files directory/folder and delete anything left over there.
I think you could reinstall the latest ver17 update which should be the same as repair.
You can go to Windows Control Panel, Programs and Features, Right Click on the Datacad 17 progrram, and select change, and when the install comes up, select the repair option.
