Hi, I am going to upgrade my computer from XP to Windows 10.
Do I simply re-enter the same activation code, or will I need a new code from Datacad ?
regards,
Graeme

You need to either deactivate Datacad before the upgrade using the shortcut icons in the Start Menu\Datacad\folder or from within Datacad with no drawings open in the Help menu. If you don't deactivate before your upgrade, you can use the website, https://secure.softwarekey.com/solo/cus ... fault.aspx and your Datacad 17 license customer ID information. Login info should be on the PDF you received in the email after your purchase. Once logged in click the Licenses & Activations button. Then select the installation you wish to deactivate. Next click the Manage Installations, and then click the little red x to deactivate the product. Once deactivated you should then be able to activate Datacad on another system.
