Can't get Datacad edition 17.04.02 to register as current

I have tired to download and install revised edition 17.04.02 but when I help command and then to About Datacad still list edition 17.03 .00.11.
I am having problems with the F1 key and the HIDE command in elevations.
Anyone have any ideas.
Its my understanding if I can get 17.04.02 downloaded and installed my problems will go away.

Hi Frank,
Where is DataCAD installed, and what version of Windows are you using? If you try right clicking on the update installer and select Run as Administrator, that might help?

Datacad is installed in my C: Drive and I am using version Windows 10 thanks for replying to my problem. However when right clicking on the update I do not get any options.

You should be able to update 1 of 2 ways.
1. When launching DataCad, right click on it and run as administrator. Then try to update from the Help command. or,
2. Manually download the update from Datacad, and then launch that file, you don't have to be admin at this time.

Thanks guy when I finally got the revised edition of Datacad 17 downloaded all is well. thanks again
