Layer´s Filter

one of my customers has a problem with filter of layers. When he try use it, DataCAD crashed, sometimes he get warning about critical fault 19, fault 736 or critical fault 10, fault 808. Can you help me to find any solution? There is the same behavior even after complet reinstallation here
