Which setting controls the size, location and state of the menus (left side or right side) for the Layer Manager? All of a sudden, it opens in a default location and size instead of remembering where it was at the end of the previous session. Also, is there a setting that will cause the Layer Manager to be open by default at the beginning of each session? I have persistent set to on.

There is an option on the Interface Tab under Dialog Boxes, to Center Them. Is that maybe checked?
