When I export a building model with smart walls and smart windows to DWG and open this file in Sketchup, the walls and windows have disappeared.

Ultimately, we need to import the building model in Lumion for animated fly thru.

It is for this reason we have to import to Sketchup and then export to *.IFC format.

Any advice how to fix the smart wall and smart window problem?

In the Program Prefs, on the DWG Export tab, do you have the Auto Extract options checked?

Why are you exporting via DWG rather than exporting directly to .SKP?

Sketch up was only a vehicle to write a *.ifc file to be used in REVIT.

We also wrote *.skp files which took longer to save.

However, we have now selected the Auto Extract 3D option as you suggested and it worked.
