Since the installation of DataCAD 18.03.00.01, we are not able to switch layers on/off by picking on the drawing screen.

Where do we adjust or set this to work?

Check in the Program Preferences, Misc Tab. Implied Match, the "Shift for Implied Match" should not be checked.
