I had a new issue occur today: i was drawing a wall using the inside, and using perpendicular snap. I draw through a series of parallel lines, and I use the ,< key to undo the last two lines, so I can continue to the next line - if that makes sense?

The issue is, on several occasions, the walls are no longer cleaned to the line I snapped to.

Just an idea - have you checked to see if 'nearest' is toggled on in your object snap settings?

No, it is not on. I was using Perpendicular snap to line things up straight. Most of the undo last lines worked fine.
