Layer Manager Lockup Selecting Multiple Layers

Is anyone seeing the Layer Manager locking up when selecting multiple layer using Ctrl or Shift and then trying to apply a change to the selected layers? The only way I can get it to unlock is to hover my mouse over the taskbar button for Datacad and right clicking and then the program unlocks itself. I should add I can't duplicate it in a new default drawing, but it is happening in multiple different files.
