DirDis error

My co-worker has a problem that I can't figure; have never seen before.
All settings and defaults seem to be normal and match my laptop.
But, on James' computer, the DirDis action is 90 degrees off of the desired effect. If we drag right, type in 20, the line enters at straight up. Any line I drag, the output is 90 degrees in a positive (counter clockwise) direction.
How do I fix this?
This is happening in one job file. The file has been saved, closed, and re-opened. Still dirdis is +90 degrees off.
