Filter like AutoCAD's Napkin Sketch

Is there an add on or a filter of some type that I can use to get the effect of Napkin Sketch on my DataCAD drawings? Here is a link for what I'm talking about:

You can change the linetype to 'Ruffcut' (I think this comes with Dcad as part of the standard package) or you can order the 'Wiggle' linetypes from Cheap Tricks (includes a continuous linetype, a dashed linetype and a centerline linetype).

Export to Sketchup (there is a free version). Choose from one of the 100's of styles that fit your taste. You'll get a much better "hand drawn" looking image with this method.
