Bluebeam

We recently installed copies of Bluebeam on some of our workstations. For the most part there are no problems but on two workstations we are having some issues plotting. Within the Plot Settings menu, the "effective plotting area" does not change when I select a new paper size and thus we are unable to create proper pdf's to send out to clients. Has anyone out there had this issue before or know of a fix?
The version of BlueBeam that I am using is Bluebeam Revu 2018.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
