When creating symbols that have a small text note and you are getting an improper font alignment issue with Dynamic Flip, Dynamic Rotate, Fix Text or Lock Angle , try this to see if it helps. Add a space or two to the front of the text. Then create the symbol in an orientation where the blank text doesn't matter when it is inserted normally with your chosen alignment but when flipped the extra space help push the actual text away from the alignment edge.
