Erasing snap points
Posted: Tue Aug 29, 2006 5:53 pmYou can use Erase, Mask, By Entity, then select Point. You can now window around an entire drawing or area and with Layer Search turned on or off and only snap points will be erased.
A while ago my Engineer was saying it took a long time to modify the dwg export since he did not like to see all of the dots. I said no problem, and added the command alais:

While it took him hours to delete all the points, it took me seconds.
It assumes using relative cart. to enter an area 10,000 feet to the bottom left to 10,000 top right of the current cursor position.
