HatchKit 2.6 release

Quite a few of the enhancements may be of interest to the DataCAD user:
- - A resizable screen layout with controls grouped in toolbars and mousewheel support.
- Paste Windows clipboard vectors directly into HatchKit.
- DXF import now converts polylines and ellipses.
- Richer file dialogs with most recently used file histories.
- Support for DataCAD version 10.
... and > 1000 lines for .DHP file output.
