If you are sure it's Norton causing the issue, I'd get in touch with them to find out what they suggest. Might be something you can turn off. I know Norton has released it's standalone anti-virus once again, and it's getting decent reviews but after decades of the bloatware they were pushing out, I wouldn't touch them with a 40 foot pole.

This was a problem with the first version of 19. I think going to the hatch menu would solve the problem. Better still though, download the latest version of 19, problem should be solved
