Got a new laptop. Old laptop had its own DCAD license. Before disabling old laptop, forgot to disable my DCAD license in it. Is there a way to go online to disable that license number and to then have that license number refer to the new laptop?

Just answered this last week for a v18 user:
go to the online license service
https://secure.softwarekey.com/solo/cus ... fault.aspx
login with your dcad login, licenses Activations, pick the 18 license, manage it, hit the red "X" to deactive the old, then go back and start 18 again on your computer, and use your login again.
